Context
As part of a marketing technology shift, we took on the redesign of our previously static email campaigns. The old branding and imagery were outdated, so my team member and I became certified in a new email builder we had no prior experience with. We quickly applied our new skills to build dynamic email campaigns, automated journeys, and customizable templates for our content team to utilize moving forward.

Results
Of the campaigns we’ve relaunched so far, our new email templates have had a significant impact on recruitment. In the first three months, these emails accounted for 74% of total hires year-to-date. Additionally, we saw a dramatic increase in hires from a separate email journey, rising from an average of 3.83 hires per month to 215 in the first month alone, greatly enhancing our recruitment efforts.

The team behind this project, which included myself, a designer from my team, content writers, digital analysts, marketing automation specialists, and a project manager, received outstanding recognition for our efforts. We were awarded "Support Team of the Quarter" for delivering immediately measurable results, showcasing the strong collaboration and impact of our work on the company's recruitment goals.
